In order to better promote the development of aesthetic education, cultivate aesthetic talents, and implement the relevant requirements of the Ministry of Education's "Aesthetic Education Infiltration Action", the 5th. International Youth Picture Book Festival (IYPBF)is an international youth art exchange event to be held in China in 2025, organized by the Beijing Municipal UNESCO Clubs Association, the International College of Central Academy of Fine Arts, the International Education of Primary and Secondary School Professional Board attached to Beijing Institute of Education, and the Experimental School Affiliated to Central Academy of Fine Arts, and hosted by the Experimental School Affiliated to Central Academy of Fine Arts, with participation of many kindergartens, primary and secondary schools, and institutions at all levels.
