2021-04-06 08:04:18第三届青少年原创绘本画国际艺术节（The 3rd. International Youth Picture Book Festival）是由北京市联合国教科文组织协会、中央美术学院国际学院、北京市教育学会中小学国际教育研究分会、中央美术学院附属实验学校主办，由中央美术学院附属实验学校承办，国内外众多幼儿园到中小学及各级各类院校参与的，于2021年11月在中国举办的国际性青少年艺术交流盛会，本次活动主题是“非遗所思——传统到现代”。（详见附件）
The 3rd. International Youth Picture Book Festival which attracts various schools at home and abroad is an international fine arts exchange event hosted by Beijing Municipal UNESCO Clubs Association, International College of Central Academy of Fine Arts and International Education of Primary Secondary School Research Branch attached to Beijing Institute of Education and Experimental School Affiliated to Central Academy of Fine Arts, and organized by Experimental School Affiliated to Central Academy of Fine Arts. With the theme of “Reflection on Intangible Cultural Heritage-From Tradition to Modernity”, it will be held in China from October to November, 2021.（As the following attachment）
